Started with my initial phone call. The receptionist was friendly and really helpful. Josh M arrived as scheduled in the morning and quoted for the job including informing me our switch board was actually non compliant to Aust Standards and added the replacement to the quote, then Cameron B and Tim R arrived around lunch time to proceed with the work. All three tradesmen were thorough, efficient, polite and cleaned up after they had finished. I was very happy with the work they did. They replaced a bedroom ceiling fan, an ensuite exhaust fan, installed a new heater light in the ensuite and supplied and installed a new enclosure with all new individual safety switches and circuit breakers to make our switch board Australian Standards compliant. The honesty of Josh M in informing me our switch board was outdated and we should think about updating. The technicians couldn't install a new heater light without the upgrade. Cameron B and Tim R were both great workers. I also liked the quote being for everything and no surprise add ons with a final bill. Would recommend highly Omega

They turned up when they said they would, even ringing in advance to confirm their arrival time. Peter came and gave an assessment on the hot water heater and explained why it should be replaced. The level of professionalism they displayed was excellent and the knowledge they have of their trade re-assured my faith in what they were doing. They provided a complimentary check on other household appliances (hot water heater, water mains, etc.) which was a pleasant surprise. They discovered a broken drainage pipe which is expensive to replace but compared with other companies, seemed to be much better value. The fixed pricing system also ensures the customer knows the full amount to be paid before work is done. Overall, very happy. Would recommend Omega for all plumbing needs.

Once again I used Omega this time their plumbing section to replace 3 toilet cisterns seats which I had purchased. Their trades person arrived early as promised and did an excellent job. Not only did he clean up after the work was finished but he also took away the old cisterns and seats as well as the boxes the new ones came in. Excellent work Omega. Will definitely be using you again for all my plumbing and electrical needs.
Tony came out and fixed my front water tap that someone else fell on and snapped the pipe. Tony didn't put it back to its original position he fixed it so that the new one would be alot safer and still be able to use it.
Omega Services (Lachlan Bell and Tom Rutherford) were great and had our blocked drain fixed in no time! They were professional, thorough, upfront about the charges and expectations and were careful and clean about their work - highly recommended! The time taken from the initial call to the problem being fixed was just over an hour (impressive). Additionally, Lachlan gave us clear information about a long term fix for our particular problem with job and cost estimates.

Must mention also that when Tony & Chris left after the initial diagnosis, the three young men (Tom, Shahin & (I'm sorry didn't catch the 3rd young man's name) that actually came and installed the new sy stem were also very courteous, friendly & explained everything in simple language. I've been a member of Omega Services for the last 5-6 years. I used both of their electrical and plumbing services. The company is professionally managed. They take work seriously. The work is planned and executed professionally and on time. Recently I had a major problem with leaking taps in the shower.I called Omega. They dispatched qualified technician. He arrived on time, inspected the room/shower, recommended solution, provided a number of options how to solve the problem. He explained the options and quoted them. Omega Services were excellent from the beginning of our experience to the end. It began with a very good initial phone contact and continued with the replacement of a tap, washers and a safety check of water and electrical services. The price of the service was competitive with other services we have used in the past. All service was completed on the day with the minimum amount of fuss.

The following service was expedient, efficient and effective including the restoration of the grounds. True to their word they were also considerate of our pensioner status.
The electrician - Paddy - showed up on time and was extremely professional. He looked at my malfunctioning smoke alarm and fixed problems with our dining room light that the builders who did our renovation three years ago refused to take responsibility for. I will be using them for further electrical work that needs to be undertaken, once again to rectify the sloppy work done by the builder's electricians. Paddy made recommendations that I will be following.
My hot water system was clearly at the end of its days with steam coming from the top and water pouring down the sides. I called Omega and they sent a couple of technicians out to assess the problem. They provided me with a few different options for a new hot water system. George came out that same afternoon and installed the new system and I had hot water again by the evening! I was very impressed by the professional nature of George and the other technicians as well as Omega in general. I received a follow-up phone call the next day to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Omega to anyone with plumbing or hot water issues.

The hot water system installed by the previous owners of our house finally died. We decided to go for the most energy efficient solution and install a heat pump. It was expensive but we've used Omega before and knew they'd ensure the installation was sound and that they would provide any after care required. I required a plumber and an electrician to do 2 jobs in my home. They were fast, reliable and friendly and arrived on the nominated day and exact time agreed upon. After a short circuit damaged our mains switch board I knew I was in good hands after speaking to Omega’s CSR and an appointment was booked. I was called back a little later to be told that my booking had been brought forward. Three Service Techs were involved in the job and all phoned ahead to advise of their arrival. We live on the top floor of a unit building. Patrick applied a trial and error method and diagnosed the problem as a broken pipe somewhere inside the wall - I understand this is a " body corporate" issue. Lachlan Bell was the plumber who assisted us. He arrived on time, was courteous and polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He did a very good job. My only criticism is that it is a very pricey service - $600 for a new garden tap to be fitted and inlet valve replaced on a toilet seems a bit ridiculous. However, Lachlan doesn't set the prices. All in all I can recommend him as a plumber but this is a pricey way to get your plumbing done.

I have been using Omega Service for all plumbing and electrical work required at home and find they are great. [name removed] came over today to change the tap on the kitchen sink and the pressure release lever on the hot water system. Not only did he do a good job, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very nicely, performed a complete check of all the bathroo ms, kitchen and laundry and suggested precautionary services that can help extend the life of the various gadgets and appliances. Todd was excellent and courteous. He explained what he had do, and coordinated with the solar tube installer I also had on site, so that they weren't interfering with each others work, and being available to do the electrical work that I needed for the solar tubing. Omega tradesmen were fabulous. We have dealt with 3 so far and will continue to use both Electrical and Plumbing when we need services. Aron Dewar was our first contact and did an excellent job restoring lights to a section of our house. We had an update/replacement of our old switchboard, a new ceiling fan fitted and a Power point installed. Todd P was here as booked and was well presented, friendly, helpful, competent and efficient at his job. Omega Service Solutions and in particular our technician, Lachlan Bell, was very thorough and professional from start to finish. Despite it being a busy time of the year over Christmas the Omega team were able to confirm an appointment for us for the following day. Lachlan called half an hour to arrival to advise he was on his way and quickly sourced the problem of our blocked drain. He was courteous and pleasant throughout and we could not fault his work in any work.
Omega installed a Quantum Heat Pump for us, plus several other smaller jobs around the house. We were very happy with their punctuality and professionalism, with the jobs completed with a minimum of fuss or hassle, as well as cleaning up after the job. We will definitely use Omega for future jobs.
I've had a number of plumbers work on sections of my sewer and storm water over the last 20 years and this is the only company that I've called back . My experience with them on this occasion is an echo of my previous callout 5 years ago. The Omega boys turned up when they said they'd arrived, did the job in the time frame that they had advised (even though it was raining heavily) and showed me the completed work with the camera. They even cleaned up after themselves. As I have advised a number of friends over the years, they may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely worth it!.

Our experience with Omega was positive. Paddy called & arrived within the time frame we were given, he was courteous and clean in his work. We weren't sure of the exact problem but his safety check identified the issue. The cost of the work was discussed upfront & prices were quoted for other things that needed attention. It took over a week to get the job completed. This was not the fault of the plumbers as they kept getting told to attend other jobs.It seems it was an organisational problem.

I had todd and sam come an installed 2 new fans for me they were easy going guys and they loved what they do You could have a good conversation with them and I was able to ask any questions about what they were doing.Because one of the fans in the spare room was white they changed the spare fan over which was white to one of the brown fans that was from another room so it fitted in with 2 new brown fans They went down the street to get 4 new light bulbs as they did not come with the lights they also made sure that every thing worked properly before they left were.All the best with your studies sam you will make a great tech.I would use them again guys you did a great job

Omega arrived on time and quickly unblocked our sewer. They then advised us of the several options available to fix the problem . The remedial work was completed quickly and with minimal disruptions. There is no obvious sign that a trench had been dug and pipes replaced. The garden was restored with the carefully removed plants and mulched. A true team effort by professional tradesmen.

Fernando & Adam were great. Very appreciative of 2 blokes to come out so early on a Saturday morning & dig a hole on such a hot day. Super impressed at the level care & professionalism - they even took their boots off to walk back up my driveway in their socks so as to not leave muddy footprints... On my driveway. I needed a 1920s sewer cleared from camphor laurel roots, and partly rebuilt and relined. Tom Rutherford and Shahin Sayad did a great job. I was impressed by the level of expertise of all the Omega staff, and by their equipment. Previously they had done another good job on my gas. I notice that some commenters emphasise that Omega are on the expensive side. That is true, but then they did a much better job than previous plumbers I had used. I would say Omega is a premium service. You get what you pay for!

Cameron & Mitchell worked on a job to install a new replacement tap in my mothers kitchen. Even though the original tap had apparently been installed incorrectly by the shonky kitchen company we used a few years ago, and the replacement tap ended up be faulty due to a manufacturers problem, both boys helped us worked towards a solution and a few days later everything was fixed once we had purchased another new tap.
